Unfortunately now a terrible place to live where management just straight up ignore you which sucks. Will be moving out when lease expires. The only reason I paid a premium of 37k pesos for a tiny apartment was cos of the a/c and that hasn't been working for weeks and management just ignore me even tho it's a building wide problem. It's a good building let down by bad management and leadership. They will learn the hard way when all these new luxury apartments with amenities come on the market in cdmx. They're only winning at the moment cos of supply and demand.
