The building is sold and priced as luxury. Expect water and AC issues at random with no reasonable explanation or timeline for remediation. Electricity was included in the lease agreement, and I began receiving an additional charge for electricity about half way through the term. A pane of glass remained broken through most of the year lease.

To add insult: absolute worst tenants. Expect concert level noise at 1-2 am in the middle of the week. Terrible communication by management. Staff seems unwilling or unable to deal with entitled residents. Nobody at the front desk. Unanswered messages and calls. Unless they are enforcing some fee based rule (subject to change at anytime), don't expect much of a response or resolution.

Update: The deposit was finally returned, minus an unexplained damage fee, after weeks of persistence. My final interaction with this company was reflective of the rest: selective systemization and red tape when it favors them, and a complete lack of interest and cluelessness when it does not.

My new apartment is of a similar profile, price and location; the staff and professionalism has been a night and day difference.
