Pros: perfect location, completely new property, nice space, great amenities in the building.

Cons: everything else. Host committed to an early check in, the reason why we chose this place. When we tried to check in two hours early we were told that it wasn’t possible and if we wanted it will be 800 pesos. When we got to advertised check in time and received a key to enter, the place wasn’t clean or ready for us. We had to wait an extra hour. The host completely stopped responding at this point. Even when we contacted Airbnb to help, they weren’t able to reach the host either for more than 24 hours. Once we finally got into the unit we noticed the some advertised amenities were missing. Mattress is extremely hard.
This place has potential because the location and newness of the property, but clearly they’re not ready to host on Airbnb.
