One line summing up the problem. E.g. "They fined me without telling me".

Describe what happened, when, and how it was resolved (or not). Avoid full names: use the role instead, for example "the building manager".

The month it happened, if you remember.

Initials only, for example "A.R.". Leave it blank and we sign as "Resident". We never publish full names.
