they rob your deposit. For some stains that werent even caused by me, they charge by force 1500 pesos for each small part of stains. Even though I requested review, but they just send me the same document of terms that I didnt agree for signiture everyday, and deducted 7500 pesos from my deposit without my consent. I used the word ¨rob¨ because its about 400 pesos a bucket of paint in COMEX, and for one small part of stains that you could possibily clean with a napkin, they charge 1500 pesos, and its ¨the rule of the building¨. Yet Josefa calls it ¨reasonable¨. Hilarious
