The building is beautiful, but they want to charge you extra for absolutely everything. On top of that, the maintenance and the service (they're extremely rude) for sorting out any problem are dreadful. There's no water, the air conditioning doesn't work, the washing machines don't work (they're supposedly under warranty, but you report it and maintenance never comes to fix anything), they're building downstairs and there's a huge amount of noise all day. Because of that same construction, if you open the window bugs get into the apartment. They're lovely while you're moving in, but once you're inside it's an awful experience.

El edificio es súper bonito, pero te quiero cobrar extra por absolutamente todo. Además el mantenimiento y servicio (son súper groseros) para resolver cualquier inconveniente son pésimos. Se el agua, el aire acondicionado no funciona, las lavadoras no funcionan (se supone que tienen garantía, pero lo reportas y mantenimiento nunca viene a arreglar nada), están construyendo abajo y todo el día hay un montón de ruido. Por lo mismo de la construcción, si abres la ventana, se meten bichos al departamento. Súper amables cuando te estás mudando, pero una vez que entras es una pésima experiencia
