There's fine print and they change the rules to suit the company, without honouring the contract or the promises they make to get you to sign. It turns out that every time you want to use the amenities that are supposedly included in your rent, you have to pay 500 pesos — a decision taken without consulting anyone, let alone giving notice.

Tienen letras pequeñas y cambian las reglas a conveniencia de la empresa, sin respetar el contrato y con las promesas que hacen para convencerte de firmar. Resulta que cada vez que quieras usar las amenidades que se supone vienen incluidas en tu renta, debes pagar $500 pesos, decisión tomada sin consultar y mucho menos avisar con tiempo.
