Avoid at all costs!
Avoid at all costs! Nothing in the building (amenitites) or apartments (units) works. Everything is always broken. Key items of issue are the internet, AC, and hot water. They don't even try to fix things. They literally just ignore your comments on these problems/polite requests for a fix. They generally treat residents poorly. When your contract is nearing expiration, they don't send you anything about a renewal until about 10 days before the end date and price gouge you. It's already overpriced for the value as it is. Save yourself the headache.
