I don’t currently live here, but one of my close friends does and has always spoken very highly of this community. After visiting several times, I completely understood why—this is a beautiful property with a lot to offer.
I was seriously considering moving here myself when my job transfers me to Mexico City, especially because the property was advertised as having it all included, with the maintenance fee also included in the rent.
That’s why I was disappointed to learn that residents are now being charged an additional $500 to use the amenities. With rental prices already on the higher side, adding a separate amenity fee feels misleading and takes away from one of the main reasons I was interested in living here.
It’s still a wonderful community, but this new policy has definitely made me reconsider.
