In their reply they say I was warned several times — it didn't happen once; I was always the one reporting everything, and I do have both the photos and the conversations. And their neighbours' group chat, where there are daily messages about something not working.

Today, a month after I left — after a departure clearly brought forward because of all the complaints, after I went in to sign and hand over the apartment and was told that was everything and they apologised profusely — they write to me to sign another document. This is what I mean below about their poor administration. I'm happy to take the time to upload the photos if you need me to :). Remember this can be edited as many times as necessary.

I lived there almost a year (NOTE, THIS IS IMPORTANT, BECAUSE THE REVIEWS HERE ARE FROM AIRBNBS OR THE TEAM PRESSURES YOU INTO RATING THEM WELL)
1. Everything smells of dog wee — make sure you take that into account. They tell you they're solving it or that it wasn't the cleaner, but that's false; it will always be like that. (That's why they have fly infestations.) That's what your gatherings will be like, and that's what the people who visit you will see and smell.
2. Do you work from home? The internet is horrible. Gaming? Impossible. Getting your own internet? Not allowed. You can't even watch a series, that's how it is.
3. Cleaning is shoddy — pay close attention to the amenities, everything is disgusting. The fabrics, the dishes, the floors.
4. Management is the most disappointing part: in 8 months they couldn't resolve a single issue. I left a month ago and they're still bothering me with their lack of process — never mind getting your deposit back, even though living there is revolting.
5. It's unsafe: the lifts don't work, there's no working ventilation in the bathrooms, the fire alarm is right above the stove so cooking is impossible, the bathroom vent is fake and there's damp, and the air conditioning worked for two of the 8 months.
6. It is not an elegant place — it's a giant university dorm with nobody in charge, where you'll constantly see people drunk, high and even covered in vomit; the amenity TVs have p*rn in the history and all the furniture is stained. Disgusting.
7. It does indeed have a great view. You'll be able to watch every protest march in glorious detail.
