Horrible experience trying to rent 2 units here.

Horrible experience trying to rent 2 units here. The sales team do not answer simple questions nor do that seem to be able to work out simple mathematical sums. Their sales approach involves sending a barrage on nonsensical what's app messages in short succession all ignoring the questions you asked in the first place. If things are this bad in the approval process I can only imagine how hellish living there would be. They also do not have any fact sheets about move-in or shipping large items. I chose to give my money to a more competent agent over the road at The University Tower.

Do not do it. The building is in a beautiful location, but it has lots of issues from water to appliances. Management consistently changes policies and high turnover within the admin team.…
