The whole “easy renting, skip the paperwork” idea is very seductive at first, but the management is sadly TERRIBLE.
You'd be dealing with evasive answers and with a company that wants to “squeeze money out of you at any cost”.
At JOAQUINA at least, it has all been a nightmare, and while I don't know Josefa's facilities, the staff tends to be the same, as is the legal entity you end up contracting with.

Hola, desconozco cómo sea vivir en Josefa pero puedo opinar con conocimiento de causa con respecto a Urbanista.
NO LO HAGAN. Corran, sálvense.
Toda esa idea de "renta fácil ahorrándote la tramitología" al principio es muy seductora pero la administración, tristemente, es PÉSIMA.
Estarías tratando con respuestas evasivas y con una compañía que quiere "sacar dinero a toda costa".
Al menos en JOAQUINA todo ha sido una pesadilla y, si bien no conozco las instalaciones de Josefa, el personal suele ser el mismo así como la persona moral con la que terminas contratando.
A mi parecer: totalmente fraudulento, pura fachada.
