They rob your deposit. For some stains that weren't even caused by me, they charge by force 1,500 pesos for each small part of stains. Even though I requested a review, they just send me the same document of terms that I didn't agree to for signature every day, and deducted 7,500 pesos from my deposit without my consent. I used the word “rob” because it's about 400 pesos a bucket of paint in COMEX, and for one small part of stains that you could possibly clean with a napkin, they charge 1,500 pesos, and it's “the rule of the building”. Yet Josefa calls it “reasonable”. Hilarious.

There's no water, the air conditioning doesn't work, the washing machines don't work (they're supposedly under warranty, but you report it and maintenance never comes to fix anything), they're building downstairs and there's a huge amount of noise all day. Because of that same construction, if you open the window bugs get into the apartment. They're lovely while you're moving in, but once you're inside it's an awful experience.

    Avoid at all costs!

    Avoid at all costs! Nothing in the building (amenities) or apartments (units) works. Everything is always broken. Key items of issue are the internet, AC, and hot water. They don't even try to fix things. They literally just ignore your comments on these problems / polite requests for a fix. They generally treat residents poorly. When your contract is nearing expiration, they don't send you anything about a renewal until about 10 days before the end date and price gouge you. It's already overpriced for the value as it is. Save yourself the headache.
