Very disappointed in Josefa: every year they raise the rent enormously, they don't maintain the building, the car park smells awful and is very damp, they now charge for the amenities, and the ramp at the main entrance has been out of service for over 6 months — meaning you couldn't get a wheelchair, a trolley or anything else that needs the ramp up it. The car park barrier breaks constantly and they take far too long to fix it… the staff turns over all the time, or there simply isn't any, so the ones who are there are overloaded and their attitude is bad.

Muy decepcionada de Josefa, cada año te suben la renta tremendo, no le dan mantenimiento al edificio, el estacionamiento huele súper feo y hay mucha humedad, las amenidades ya las cobran, van más de 6 meses que no funciona la rampa del acceso principal o sea que, no podría subir una silla de ruedas, un carrito de carga ni nada que utilice la rampa. A cada rato se descompone la pluma de acceso al estacionamiento y tardan demasiado en arreglarla… el personal cambia a cada rato o luego ni hay personal, por lo mismo los que hay están saturados y su actitud es mala.
