I've been a resident for 1.5 years and, while the first few months were acceptable, the situation over the last few months has been frankly poor.
In my case, the most serious problem is exhaust fumes from the backup generator leaking into the units. The smell is noticeable even with the windows and doors closed, and trying to air the place out makes it immediately worse. I have documented PM2.5 levels of 71 µg/m³ inside my unit — almost 5 times the WHO recommended limit — which represents a real health risk to residents.
On top of that:
- Lifts frequently out of service, forcing you to climb the last 4 floors on foot to reach the amenities
- Internet service is repeatedly poor
- Management gives no response of any kind to the formal complaints submitted

Llevo 1.5 años como residente y, si bien los primeros meses fueron aceptables, la situación durante los últimos meses ha sido francamente deficiente.
En mi caso, el problema más grave es la filtración de gases de escape del generador auxiliar al interior de las unidades. El olor es perceptible incluso con ventanas y puertas cerradas, y al intentar ventilar la situación empeora de forma inmediata. He documentado niveles de PM2.5 de 71 µg/m³ en el interior de mi unidad — casi 5 veces el límite recomendado por la OMS — lo que representa un riesgo real para la salud de los residentes.
A esto se suma:
