    Do not do it.

    Do not do it. The building is in a beautiful location, but it has lots of issues from water to appliances. Management consistently changes policies, and high turnover within the admin team. While I was there they attempted to force residents to add roughly $25 USD to rent to cover the building's water bill. (I have screenshots.)
